CONSULTATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN

Navio Immigration Inc. (Brooke Finlay (RCIC #514337) or Caitlin Thomas (RCIC #530663)) and the Client.

SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR THE PURPOSE OF:

Pathway Strategy Consult and Founder Immigration Playbook

Review of the Client’s current situation, personal, professional, and immigration goals for life in Canada, and a discussion on potential temporary and permanent residence immigration options to Canada that exist in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations. OR

Employer Immigration Blueprint and Talent Retention Quick Plan

Review and determine the strongest immigration strategies for the Employer’s (potential) foreign workers, which are in line with the company recruitment goals as well as the workers’ personal and professional objectives. OR

Confidence Call and Quick Clarity Call

Review and address the Client’s specific questions which are preferably submitted to the RCIC prior to this session. Suitable for Clients at any stage of the immigration application process.

The Confidence Call can also serve as an Eligibility Assessment, where the RCIC will evaluate your eligibility for one (1) specific Canadian immigration program. Ideally, the Client’s assessment questionnaire should be submitted to the RCICs before the consultation session.

LIMITATIONS:

This service does not include Navio Immigration Inc. being hired to process and prepare the Client’s paperwork and does not include Navio Immigration Inc. submitting anything for or representing the Client.

Any information provided by Navio Immigration Inc. today is based on today’s government legislation and policy only and the RCICs (Brooke Finlay (RCIC#514337) or Caitlin Thomas (RCIC #530663)) may not be held responsible for any changes after today.

The Client must provide accurate truthful information.

FEE: 

I (the Client) am obliged to pay a consultation fee based on the booked consultation type and its respective fee below:

Founder Immigration Playbook – C$420.00 (+ GST)
Employer Immigration Blueprint – C$315.00 (+ GST)

Pathway Strategy Consult – C$ 288.75(+ GST)

Global Talent Quick Plan C$157.5 (+ GST)
Confidence Call – C$ 147 (+ GST)
Quick Clarity Call – C$ 73.5 (+ GST)

This fee is billed immediately when this agreement is signed and is not refundable. 

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend the scheduled appointment, you will attempt to provide Navio Immigration Inc. with at least 48 hours’ notice. The cancellation is subject to $15.00 administrative fee. Consultations that are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are billed at the full fee. Exceptions can be made for unforeseen or unpreventable events within 48 hours.

You may book, change or cancel an appointment directly from your booking confirmation email.

If your Spouse or Common-law Partner will attend this consultation, the Clients acknowledge that the RCICs are required to share all the information related to the consultation with both Clients.
